Piping
The issue of this training, The trainee is going to acquire the knowledge, which will enable him to:
- Recognize the different types of accessories and their use (Flange (oil and gas), joints, bend, Bolts, Fasteners).
- Interpret isometric plans and identify the elements and accessories of a piping line.
- Identify and spot the elements of isometric, plan or PID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
- Make a simple representation of a line of piping as per the different projection modes from onsite shore surveys.
- Interpret isometric plans and autonomously determine the materials needed for manufacturing
- Carry out on-site surveys and realize the representation of the lines of piping on plan – Understand the ratings well.
- Realize by pointing and / or mechanical assembly the manufacture of pipe elements (diameters from ¼ to 6 inches …) intended for industrial equipment connections with fluid supplies.
- Assemble Piping Elements with tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding or EE metal (Energy Efficiency).
- Understand the content of the main piping specifications and standards.
- Master the realization of complex pipe work.
- Control the production of stitches for tracing.
- Master the assembly of a pipe work
- Master Sides and Dimensions Calculation.
Public
- Pipefitters, Grinder, and clamper (Terminal techniques and sciences as a minimum requirement).
