Controlled hydraulic Tightening
Objectives
- Knowing the characteristics of the Bolted Joints elements, the necessary materials for tightening different techniques and the mechanical characteristics of bulk steel products.
- Preparing the hydraulic tightening site (choice, Control) – Realizing the operations of taking control of the tightening with the aid of hydraulic keys and tensioning Cylinders.
Public
The staff of mechanical experience in traditional tightening shall be brought to perform controlled hydraulic tightening with keys and tensioning cylinders.
Prerequisites
- Having the professional experience in these fields
- Knowing how to read a mechanical plan (Experience in general mechanics of the traditional tightening)
Teaching
- Face to Face training (Presentations, questions/answers and exercises).
- Practical Application about in theclient site. Outcomes Assessment Methods
- Continuous Control in the form of multiple choice questions at the end of the sessions.
